These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the SaferVibe online shop.
By completing an order, you accept these GTC.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you are placing a binding order. You will then receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is only concluded upon dispatch of the goods and the shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, particularly in the event of obvious pricing errors or incorrect information.
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment is due upon completion of the order.
Free Shipping: For orders over CHF 30, we deliver free of charge within Switzerland.
Delivery Time: Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days within Switzerland.
For international deliveries, different shipping costs and delivery times may apply. These will be displayed at checkout.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at safervibe@proton.me.
Return conditions: Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law (OR) apply. In the event of defects, please contact safervibe@proton.me within 2 years of receiving the goods.
SaferVibe products are physical protective barriers and not a substitute for attentiveness or other safety measures. We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use or bypassing the protective function.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Wolfhausen/ZH.
